Facebook & Photos

I made contact with a cousin I haven't seen in about 30+ years, over on Facebook. He noticed I quilt and asked me to post some photes of my quilts. Two of his SILs are quilters. So I walked through the house and shot wall hangings I have up. Here are 3 I posted on FB, more later.

New Toys

These are my 2 new favorite "toys".

If your hands, elbows or shoulders have any issues or past surgeries, you need these!

The Quilt Halo. The Quilt Halo lays on top of the piece you are quilting.

And the Supreme Slider. The Supreme Slider lays on the bed of your machine and has an opening for your needle.

The lady running the booth at the AQS Show in Knoxville, where I found them, was letting you sit down at her machine and try them out. WOW! I couldn't believe how well they worked. The quilt sample slid around like a scrap of fabric instead of like the placenta of an elephant. WOW! Loved them, wanted them, please, take my money!

Faces at AQS Knoxville

I don't know who did these two pieces, but they blew me away. The photos do not so them justice.

The angel was quilted with iridescent thread. She gave you a feeling of peacefulness, just looking at her.

The cowboy was so real looking, you could feel him looking back at you.
BADLANDS, Carol Ann Sinnreich, Lawton, OK
I will try and find out who they are by and post it.
